ChatGPT can’t program anything alone. It doesn’t even work for Boilerplate Code as it has 20 mistakes, or has been put together somewhere from 2013.

Pretty exciting, the ChatGPT is a “they”…

ChatGPT can write pretty good code, but it doesn’t “think” and can only write what someone else has brought to paper before. So… “Old wine, in new hoses”

Hello,

I use ChatGPT myself, but you need to know how to deal with it and understand what the AI does to improve mistakes. With AI you can also automate good things if you are busy enough it is a good tool

I hope I could help you

Of course, but this answer serves as a supplement, as if you have read the other answers this has already been answered. If you would understand how an AI works, then you could also answer the question yourself, you can also get some things Googlen, on request the AI can also program itself as it has learned so. Read this through, here is very easy to explain how it works https://datasolut.com/was-ist-machine-learning/

I’m just trying.

But only relatively simple programs.

In particular, where one can formulate the complete task in a few words.

In practice, this is usually different when programming. There are a lot of details that you have to recognize and take into account.

Jain, there are often small (same big) errors in the code
