What do you mean “pass”? Blood? After 16 days rather unlikely. Depending on whether the threads themselves can be loosened, from the time when really all threads are out, you can start the day business again. You see and see if it’s cured. There should definitely be no more crusts so that nothing can bleed. And if there are any restrictions, your body will tell you.

In addition, doctors are said to wait on average for 2-3 weeks with any sexual activities and sports. But it is just individually dependent on how well it heals.

As you said, you notice how it feels. Of course, if there’s threads hanging on it and it’s encrusted, leave it and save yourself. But actually, it shouldn’t happen much more, except that it feels uncomfortable in the pants.

Sure. The wound is still healing, and the threads are probably still inside. Therefore, you should definitely be careful. For as long as your doctors give a warning.

I wish good improvement and hope that circumcision has been medically necessary.

What’s going to happen? It takes its time to heal…..the “small” intervention is quite a lot of what the body has to reconcile (including feeling during sex/SB and sensitivity of the acorn)
