For f(x) = ax2 + bx + c applies

f(0) = 0 –> c = 0

f'(100) = 200a + b = 0

f(100) = a1002 + 100b = 40

From the last two equations follows a = -1/250, b = 4/5

Remove the surface of the triangle:

8000/3 – 40*100/2

Then multiply with the length of the sprinkling:
