Can anorexia patients die from amphetamine withdrawal?

Without pep, I feel my heartbeat strong, but it's not too fast, just stronger. Breathing is more difficult, especially during/after exercise, reminding me of the feeling when my 4kg cat was lying on my chest.

I'm aware that you die from both sooner or later, but I can't find anything on the internet specifically about anorexia/severe underweight and amphetamine withdrawal, apart from obvious things, like that symptoms like lack of energy and cravings will probably be more severe.

But could it also be that the drug is keeping you alive? Because your body no longer has any energy left for your heart? (What would you actually do about that in a rehab clinic?)

P.S.: I'm not in danger, as I'll be in a clinic very soon, where they know everything. Nevertheless, I would be very interested in experiences or more information about anorexia/malnutrition/underweight and PEP consumption/withdrawal.

Yes, you are.

And the combination is REALLY OTHER, GERADE for the heart, which can be sustainably damaged.
