Can an ESP-32 be used without WiFi?

Hi, I have an ESP32 lying around at home. I'd like to use it to control some 12V lights with a few relays. The lights are on a vehicle, though. (Ignoring the fact that this isn't permitted, etc.) Now my question is, can I control the ESP32 with just my phone via Bluetooth, so I can turn the lights on and off with my phone when I'm out and about without Wi-Fi? And my second question would be: Do you have any recommendations for relays that would be suitable for this application? Best regards, thanks for any answers.

The ESP does not have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth at the same time. If the one leaves, the other must pause.

The ESP is operated with 3.3V, so that the outputs only provide 3.3V. So you need relays that switch with 3.3V.

I’d put on a SSR, I’m ordering such a craftsman’s stuff mostly at AliExpress from China.
