Can a non-mechanical keyboard be cleaned?

Hey,

I own a Sharkoon Skiller Pro keyboard and would like to give it a thorough cleaning. To do this, I'd like to remove the individual keys. It's a gaming keyboard, but not a mechanical keyboard. I've watched a few tutorials on YouTube, and they removed the keys without any problems, even without professional tools. With this keyboard, I pulled quite hard, but still couldn't get the keys off. Is that not possible with this one, or how do I do it?
