Can't swallow the tablet I take every day?

I take one tablet every morning (0.5 cm). It's worked great so far. Except today. I tried it five times, but it didn't work. Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can manage it tomorrow?

When you numb the tablet, shake your head back and forth, it slips off by itself.

In the pharmacy there are swallowing aids for tablets.

I used to help with grapes and bananas. Always hid the tablet in a grape and then crushed it with the tongue on the palate. She was gone.

Head in the neck and then drink a lot of water. Then you swallow reflex-like and the tablet has to go down somehow.

tablet? What? Not retarded. Capsule? Then share. What is it? Pill or important?

a bite of bread crumbling to a paste, then tablet and swallow.

Kopp in neck then slides her down herself. No one measures a tablet.
