Can't pick up package?

I ordered a package from e-tec, but I haven't received a confirmation email or any updates about the delivery. Now I've contacted e-tec, and they say the package has already been delivered and is at a parcel collection point. Well, I don't have a pickup slip in my mailbox, nor anything else that would have indicated that I've received the package. What's up with that? It was delivered to a MyFlexBox. Can I pick up the package without a barcode? That's ridiculous.
