I don't know what the problem is. I order something with monthly billing or with my bank account, and it works at first and is processed, but then about 10 minutes later I get an email saying I need to change my payment method. What could be the problem?

I had this when I had just ordered vouchers for a while to have a better overview. But they only wanted me to enter the complete bank details again. This was randomly asked a few times before the order, so not directly in succession.
