Can't log in to Windows?

Good evening

I'm having trouble logging into Windows since yesterday. When I enter my PIN, I keep getting a message saying the login information couldn't be retrieved and that I need to reset the PIN. When I try to reset the PIN, I get a blue screen with an error message.

Attached are pictures of the error messages.

Greetings

Looks like “Windows Hello”?

Have you ever checked the internet connection if the login with the Microsoft account runs?

If this doesn’t work and does not set up with PIN, you will have 2 options.

However, the easier would be to reinstall Windows completely and secure the data.

The other option would be far more complex and no 100% guarantee that it will work in your case.

But did you control this with the internet connection?

How familiar are you with the CMD?
You could look for Windows password on Youtube.

Because this would just blow up the frame…

About detours, yes.
The way works normally only with a local account, but you can still try it.

See best after a suitable tutorial

Reinstall Windows. However, securing data is somewhat complicated.

Maybe there’s a way but it’s hard.

as I wrote, watch a video explaining how to bypass a Windows password.

But as I said, no 100% guarantee, new installation goes significantly faster.

There’s an attempt, but if there’s something like “WIndow’s Hello” and so, the question is.

No, I mean, it’s hard to find one, but I don’t know a way out of reinstallation.

Do you have an MC account?

Oh, that’s a domain. I’ve seen that error message. However, this is not a normal bluescreen with the ): and the crash or. Is that via a Microsoft account or what happens when you uncouple the WLAN LAN once.

No, if he gives you a licensed WIN version, then not.

Then WIN bootes from the stick.

It would be safer.

Depending on the PC/laptop, an operation is already installed.

You have a license.

With this license you can download WIN from MC and install on a stick…or reinstall it locally.

It would be safer to create your own boot stick…only you need a WIN license, you can handle on the PC with sensitive data.

Then I would boot from it and then reinstall Windows locally again.

microsoft account beforehand

Is there a new pw?

that works if you have a second PC. You have to create a stick first.

Connection separated and restored?

@ Could be that it’s due to the fact that a MC account has recently been needed…maybe that MC has recently made existing accounts unbreakable.

It’s really bad.

To solve this, I would like to enter “In Boot Menu under+ your Windows version+” in Google and find out how to get to the boot menu under your WIN, then reset Windows Updates retroactively.

That should be in the problem treatment.

Okay. That’s about the same thing. Did you test this for internet? So about the connection?

Then that’s the mistake. In addition, it will not be a Google, but a Microsoft account.

I don’t know

So you can help badly…
