Can't find a song anymore?

Hello, I'm looking for a song that's more metal-y but has a rather sad mood. One line of the song goes something like "we'll meet again." I don't know what the rest of it is, unfortunately. The words are a bit drawn out, and at the beginning of the sentence, you can hear a little Tommy solo. The singer sounds like Radiohead. Can anyone help me? The song could be a bit older, but not too old, probably from the late 90s at the latest.
