Can't make a video call via WhatsApp?
Hello, I've been having trouble making video calls over WhatsApp for some time now. Has anyone else experienced this? I always get the message "The call ended before your phone could connect," even though the call is still in progress. I've also closed all other apps, checked Wi-Fi, turned Bluetooth on and off, etc., but nothing helps. Does anyone have any other tips, or should I just contact customer service? Thanks in advance.

The Video call the smartphones must be in the UMTS or LTE network by both participants. The slow GSM network is not enough. The network must then of course also be present locally. In villages there are often problems with it.
And best always restart: often the restart of your smartphone solves the problem. If the app has been appended, turn on and off the device and then try to call again.
Internet connection: WhatsApp requires a connection to the Internet.
