Unfortunately, I can't eject my external hard drive. I keep getting an error message saying the hard drive is still in use and that all programs should be closed. The programs and everything else are closed, but it still doesn't work. I've also tried restarting, but that didn't help.

Is there a smartwatch that lets you download music from a music service and save it permanently? Smartwatches with SD card, hard drive, or MP3 capability. To listen with Bluetooth headphones. I didn't want to be dependent on an internet connection and didn't want to always have to carry my smartphone with me.
