Can't delete folders despite having administrative rights?

Hey, for some reason I can't delete this EpicGames folder even though I'm the administrator. I can't even open the folder because I apparently don't have the rights to it even though I'm the administrator of the PC.

I clicked through a bit more but didn't get much out of it.

From here on I didn't know what to do.

Can anyone help me and tell me how else I can delete the folder or finally view it? If any questions arise, I'll try to answer them. Thanks.
