Can't access Snapchat on iPhone?
Hi, my boyfriend hasn't had access to Snapchat on his iPhone for three months. He can't access his account, even when he creates a new one. It just keeps saying "temporarily blocked." He hasn't done anything wrong, so why does it say that?
But he can somehow access his Snapchat account via his iPad (same Apple ID) – just not on his iPhone?!
Can anyone help? We've tried everything and looked everywhere.

If the problem continues, you should contact Snapchat's support.
Go for it https://support.snapchat.com/en-DE/i-need-help , select "I can't access my account" and "I get an error message when I log in" and go to the end of the website at "Noch Unclearness?" on Yes.
Sign your problem in detail in the contact form and best upload a screenshot of the error. Snapchat will answer you by email.
