Campsite lighting?
For economic reasons, our campsite operator has turned off the path lighting. It's really dangerous to use the restrooms in the dark. However, the lights in the restroom area are still on. Are there any campsite regulations that govern this? Are there any legal rules that the campsite operator must adhere to? Or who can I contact? The site is in Lower Saxony. Thanks for the answers.
Then just use a flashlight (or the light from the phone?) Campsite operators are not obliged to illuminate the path. Moreover, this would also be an enormous waste of energy.
Unfortunately, I can’t say how this is legal. But I’ve seen something like that many times and I guess that’s why it’s allowed. But at the camping you usually have flashlights that then regulate

It depends on the number of parking spaces.
But as mentioned here, every camper should have a flashlight.
We have camped for over 50 years and so far there has hardly been a CP on which the night was illuminated by the paths. Whether there is a duty, I can’t say, but it never disturbed us. We’ve always got flashlights, others are running around with headlamps, where’s the problem? The sanity building is illuminated and there you know where to go long.
Take a solid all-purpose flashlight. You can use it as a self-defense.
are you not buying flashlights?
