It helps me personally a lot… But is there a difference between cigarettes and vapes (e-cigarettes)? I don't feel like it and I'm craving cigarettes… but is vaping more harmful? vape is only temporary, as soon as I have completely forgotten about cigarettes, vapes are gone too 🙂
