Call Web.de customer service?

I can't access my email.

I've tried everything because I forgot the password.

I already sent them an email, but I haven't received a response for weeks.

I also called, so the number is either no longer valid. I've tried what feels like 100 numbers already.

I managed to reach someone ONCE, but I can't find the number anymore and the guy on the phone told me exactly the same things I've probably done 10 times already.

I did an identity check using an app that said it would be verified and sent to my "contract partner".

Does this mean web.de?

I urgently need this email! It contains important contacts and notifications. It doesn't work with an alternative email address either.

I could cry with rage. How can something be so complicated? I've been working on this for weeks! And they don't even have a decent number where I can reach them.

Do you have any other ideas what I could do?
