Bypass ban on Twitter (X)?
I was banned from Twitter and X illegally and, based on my experience with any other service, I assume that they won't care and will simply say something like: Read our terms and conditions blah blah You will remain banned.
It was also said that if I try to create new accounts, they are immediately blocked. Have you had any experience with this? Is this really true, or can I just create a new account and keep a low profile, and then nothing will happen?

Checking on Twitter or other services only checks what they see. In the case of a murder threat, it is understood as such an independent of the intention of the author. Lock is justified, in some cases authorities are informed. Try to make a new account, maybe it works

What I have said is not a hate speech in itself, because in this context it has no insulting, discriminatory or devalued meaning. As a joke, no particular person or group is attacked or insulted.
Was the joke clear? If you don’t have to violate the guidelines from X’s point of view. They can’t finally read your thoughts, and a pure text doesn’t bring any emotions over.
