Buy undelivered DHL/Hermes packages? Mystery packs, secret packs?

We're looking for secret packs. Does anyone know where we can get them in larger quantities? Maybe someone has contacts who make them. We'd appreciate any tips.

Unfortunately, wholesale is not like normal online retail. Much depends on networking and contacts.
Simply search, from classifieds or eBay or forums like Restposten.de .
I've been through everything and a lot is unfortunately not serious. Had hoped someone had a good contact with someone from the mail or the like.
I basically work at the post office, just in large freight/line traffic. Directly via the mail you do not come to large numbers, there is a large place where the stuff is collected and goes to partner or auction.
So basically impossible. With Online Dealers or Fullfillmen Service Providers you are likely to be more successful e.g. Fly Logistics, Orange Connex, etc
