I hope no one, because there is a ban on sales throughout the EU:

Disposable plastic is prohibited Many disposable plastic products have been banned in the EU since July 3, 2021. These include drinking straws, stirring sticks, balloon sticks or disposable containers made of conventional plastic and of "bioplastics". To-go cups and disposable containers made of polystyrene are no longer allowed to be produced and marketed in the EU.
