Should I get the 7600x3d (currently pretty cheap at Mindfactory) or the 9700x now, or should I wait until February/March (around when I'll be building my PC)?
And do you think it's possible that the 7800x3d's price could drop back to around €350 by then?

I was just watching a movie and suddenly the picture went black. When I turn the TV off, the LED flashes red. When I turn it back on, a picture appears for half a second and then it goes black again. What could this be?
