Buy a quad for 1500€?
Hey, since it's summertime now, I wanted to get a quad. I have a budget of €1,500 and wanted to ask you which brand I can get a quad from. I don't want any Chinese junk, so I'll be fine 🙂

In this price frame, however, only a "Chinaquad" will come out, as the Japanese and others, even in the case of used people, are less than 3000,- does or these are already core scrap.
Then I would consider the purchase, Quads combine the disadvantages of the car with the disadvantages of the motorcycle, ie no weather protection and needs as much space as a car. Furthermore, the driving behavior is very necessary. Had three months a 450cc all-wheel quad from a colleague until I got a replacement car and find the curve behavior quite exciting.
Please do not have a quad if you do not have at least the suitable driving license class for quads > 50 ccm & > 45 KM/H.
At max. 50 cc and no more than 45 KM/h you are always in the feeling of the latitude in flowing traffic with no more than permissible 45 KM/h.
Even for urban transport, a part of the minimum > 70 KM/h must be allowed to go legally.
A "Wohltat" in the direct comparison between two-wheeler (KRAD) and passenger car will never become a quad on various roads with track grooves and lateral road inclination to the improved water drain).
I know at least 50 ccm and max. 45 KM/h the self experienced direct comparison between Mokick / Roller vs. Quad.
Got the license class B
Then please do nothing with 50 ccm and only 45 KM/h because of possible accessibility.
Better than wishing a test drive first.
A quad is now so different from a car or a K-cycle in comparison.
For trips on public roads, I would never return to a quad in comparison between two-wheeler and car for general use.
For agriculture or general field / and terrain distances better but a quad with manual transmission.
Not privately.
And I'm looking for a 250ccm 🙂
I wouldn't be looking. Quads are not good all-sufficient vehicles on normal roads.
Without class A ( 1 /2 ) then better only one small car or scooter AM.
For general use on roads, quads are unfortunately garbage.
