Butt training while losing weight?

Hey, I'm currently trying to lose weight because I just don't feel comfortable in my body anymore. Now the question is, my thighs are my biggest problem. Can I lose weight there and train my butt? Or will they get fatter too? I know you can't just lose weight in certain areas.

Butt train while taking off?

As I understand your question, do you want slim thighs and at the same time a thick butt? And you want to do that through training?

I can't. The size of the Podex is determined by the fat content. You can exercise the underlying muscle gluteus maximus . However, it has almost no effect on the butt size, because it consists largely of so-called. Smooth twitch muscle fibers.

These slow twitch muscle fibers have only a low hypertrophic growth potential (as opposed to almost twitch fibers, for example in the biceps). Therefore, training the gluteus maximus does not mean that the butt becomes thicker.

When you look at the development of Sina White – she is natural bodybuilder and became bikini Pro World Champion 2O18 PNBA – you quickly realize that intense strength training is all-handed – but not a thick butt ( comment image ).

To get a thick bottom there are only these three ways

  1. fat build-up (then the thighs become thicker)
  2. Implants
  3. Photoshop

Okay, thank you, but I can take a little bit off the thighs until I like them and then posing that it's really cracky, so to speak?

That's how it works – even if you train it at the same time.

Up to a certain degree, the buttocks and thighs can already train, but miracles are of course not possible, or at most with an operation.

Some endurance training on Wave Trainer https://www.bestbuyfitness.nl/de/crossover-excite-700i.html and then strength training on Glute Trainer https://www.bestbuyfitness.nl/de/selection-glute.html would be good.

Of course you can train specifically. But you can't lose weight. Through training, butt and legs are tighter, but at the bacon they give belly and breasts rather than the lower regions.
