If you are logged in, taxed and insured, you can park in any public car park, possibly limited by the ZGG of the vehicle.

Otherwise on private grounds.

If there are suitable public parking spaces, then yes, but there is no claim.

So I parked with my bus under the Eifel tower and in front of the blue mosque, soon no more will be allowed to park on the street, which doesn’t matter, drive you will not be able to afford. This saves Germans on their own the world!
