Burger patties im backofen?
Ich habe nirgendwo was dazu gefunden und zwar kommen nächste Woche meine Freunde zu mir und wir essen super gerne alle zusammen und nicht das zwei in der Küche neben bei essen und jeder sein Ding macht da wir alle Lust auf Burger haben ist meine Frage kann ich die patties mit der grillfunktion im Backofen machen? Klar in der Pfanne schmecken die anders aber das würde zu lange dauern.
Oder ist es möglich das ich die patties schon eine Stunde davor in der Pfanne brate und wenn sie da sind die im Backofen erwärme sozusagen würde es was am Geschmack ändern?

Not only with the grill function there you have too little control. You can fry them all on a baking sheet but also preheat sheet and oven.
This is easily possible. If you don’t do the Pattys too well and not too long before that would be good because the danger is that they dry out.
A middle thing: Pattys only quickly fry sharply then from in the oven about 1 h before eating at 80 90 degrees. They then pull through but do not dry quickly.
The other thing… would it be an idea to borrow a sufficiently large coal grill? Can you handle it or one of you? That would be a solution.
Pour with butter and place on the rust.
