Schweizer Militär RS Funktion wechseln während RS?

Hallo, im bin gerade in der RS im Schweizer Militär als Panzergrenadier. Nur gefällt mir die Funktion doch nicht und ich bin komplett überfordert. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Funktion zu wechseln und in einer anderen weiter zu fahren? Also ohne die 18 Wochen zu unterbrechen? Falls ja wie?

Meines Wissens ist er ja am AH-64 Apache ausgebildet. Wenn man aber sein Buch liest (Reserve), dann war er doch schon mehr oder weniger stark psychisch angeschlagen und ein guter Schüler war er wohl auch zu keinem Zeitpunkt. Meine Frage ist einfach, wie er das schaffen konnte, trotz dieser Defizite?
