Hi, my tongue has been hurting a lot for about two days, and today, small, red bumps appeared on the front (and middle) of my tongue, and larger bumps appeared on the sides of my tongue. The small, red bumps on the front sometimes bleed and are quite painful. The ones on the back don't.
Does anyone know what this could be? I haven't found much about it online, so I thought I'd ask here.
