Bullet points, whole sentences, upper/lower case?

Hello,

Is it correct that bullet points containing entire sentences ending with a period should always be capitalized at the beginning? Can you give me an example to show if this is correct?

Whether it's correct or not, it's my knowledge.

But I would leave the point at the end of the list shown.
I find capital letters at the beginning
