Building savings contract explanation?

Hey, I have a building savings contract from 2004 and have received an “extract”.

My balance carried forward is about €430 and I received 2% on that, it is now about €439.

The building savings sum is €10,000 and my exemption order is €141.

I understand now that if I build something or buy a property, I get 439€, right?
What is the building savings amount?

Does it make sense to continue contributing? Because 2% isn't much.

If you’ve paid so little in 20 years, you’ll still need to be ready to pay. Then you get the difference between your credit and the 10000.- as a credit… and your credit, of course. Such small building-saving sums are worthwhile only if the VWL are paid by the employer.

How much do you pay for the construction contract monthly and how high is the balance on it?

You will receive a loan of over 10,000 € at a cheaper rate. In the meantime, building savings could be worthwhile again.
