Building muscle at 15-16?

I've been trying to build muscle for a year. I'm 180 cm tall and weighed around 50 kilograms. I've only gained 11 kilograms in the last year, and my appearance has barely changed. But I go to the gym at least four times a week.
And I eat relatively well. I just have something sweet every now and then. Nevertheless, you see others on social media, for example, who've gotten way beyond my shape in six months, but they're also 20 or so. Does my metabolism change over time so that I build muscle faster? Do they all take something? Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you in advance

Do you eat enough protein and protein (maybe also creatine)? This helps to build muscles faster or to let them work fuller

How many calories do you take to you the day?
You should calculate this (if you don’t track it) and then see if you take these calories to you

maybe you only go 3 times each week, but always until muscle failure (then your muscles have a better recovery and actually they don’t grow faster, just because you train more often)

can also add me, then we could keep talking about it

then try to take that over normal eating to you, I have also built up muscles without taking the chemical substances. But as I said, do not exaggerate the training, do something 3 times a week

Not all look the same. Some are naturally more powerful, others more powerful. That stays to a certain degree, is innate.

Normal diet, and a little exercise, sport, you don’t need more. If you have increased 11kg, a lot has changed, but you think that hasn’t changed enough.

Now, if you weigh 61kg, and in the next two years, you’ll have a normal weight.

There are still people who are thin and petty and do not train muscle mountains, at least not without helping them with drugs. You don’t see the muscles. Other people use fat easily.
