Build your own mono adapter?
Good morning,
If I want to run a stereo jack cable to a single RCA plug, can I simply bridge the L and R signals to get a mono signal?

I would like to create an AI voice myself. For example, I have a video, and I want to extract the voice from it and use it. Does anyone know anything about this :,(? It really has to include that🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hello Out of interest, I wanted to ask how hackers get viruses and download them (e.g. USB stick) without downloading the virus onto their own computer?
I received my miner two weeks ago and yesterday received a letter from FedEx saying I have to pay €109.23 in customs fees. Is there any way I can avoid this? Does everyone who gets a miner from China receive this invoice? I should forward the invoice to Linxdot. Do I have to pay it,…
I bought the Teufel Boomster a year ago and I love it. It's completely sufficient for my room, but when I have some friends over, a bit more sound and bass would be nice. The question is, would a second speaker be a good solution? Two of the speakers can definitely be connected, but the…
Just so bridges you should avoid that may be good or your stereo channels chase each other too much electricity in the wrong direction through the final stage.
Commercial cables sum up the channels with a pair of resistors.
In my Source 470ohm resistors are recommended
For mono playback it is enough to take the left channel and leave the right completely. The important information is usually arranged exactly in the middle of the panorama anyway.
in some things, then simply did not have the complete song
Depends on what you call “complete”. The volume differences between the right and left channel are usually not very extreme, and the left channel is still considered the “monocompatible” channel, which sound engineers should also treat as such.
To sum both channels via resistors, on the other hand, makes the sound actually worse, since phase shifts between left and right channel (which separately result in a beautiful stereo) then overlap and can lead to unpleasant amplifications and extinction of frequencies.
