Yes, by reducing acute stress and learning to deal with it better in the long term. So it becomes more stress-resistant. This is also something that can come with life experience. This also includes not letting everything please, even saying no.

But I’ve been wearing a night rail for about 20 years. Even if it’s better without, it’s now normal for me to use them. I also notice when I get the need to wear them in the evening, then it’s time to go to bed.
