Gross salary 60,600 EUR including holiday and Christmas bonuses and 13th month salary?

Hello,

I have a good job offer. A salary of €60,600 per year. This includes vacation and Christmas bonuses. The 13th month's salary is already included.

40 hours per week.

What does the job involve? Controlling and, above all, training apprentices (I'm a trainer in this field). I have 15 years of professional experience. I have a business degree and completed vocational training.

What do you all mean?

That's a gross monthly salary of 5050, but what does that amount to without vacation and Christmas bonuses and without the 13th salary?

Thanks

Depends on how much salaries are holiday and Christmas money. I’m thinking maybe 1/2 in each case?

Then it would be 4330 Euro gross monthly.

But if the contract is regulated, I guess.

I don’t understand your question. Of course, the annual salary is the total amount you get in the year, so it is. If you want to convert that, you’ll probably get it as a BWL’er.

Nowadays you don’t need to go to work under 10k Euro net / month to live a normal medium-sized life. I mean, look at all the prices and you want to start a family at some point.

How do we know?

In the collective agreement of the industry, see how high Christmas and holiday money are or ask the company how the 60,600 split up.

Christmas and holiday money as well as 13. I don’t think I’m sick

It’ll hardly have anything to do with a collective agreement.

Holiday and Christmas money are completely variable and can be determined by any employer. That is why a reconnaissance cannot take place here.
