I am 14 years old and my nipples have been swollen and sensitive for some time.
This is very embarrassing for me, as we also have swimming at school and you can even see them through her T-shirt.
I've had this before, but it went away on its own after a while. This time, I've had it for a while, and it's not getting any better.

In puberty there is a hormone chaos in the body. Sometimes too much estrogen (female hormone) is produced in guys for a short time. That makes the mammals swell. If then again more testosterone (male hormone) is in the body, this normalizes again.
