Hallo ihr lieben. Ich wollte mal fragen ob jemand von euch weiß wie ich am besten vorgehe.
ich möchte gerne Sport machen und mich um meine Figur kümmern aber wegen meine Oberweite ist das leider nicht möglich. Ich bin im Alltag sehr eingeschränkt. Rückenschmerzen, Schlaflosigkeit, etc.
ich bin 1,67 m groß und habe eine oberweite vol I-J und komme einfach nicht klar damit.
rennen, joggen alles ist nicht möglich. Geschweige denn hüpfen. 😂
habt ihr eine Idee wie ich das ganze angehen könnte?
