Nobody can do that. Unless you’re in the club, or fitness crack, but then you wouldn’t ask.

500m in 12 m, which is 50 m in section 1.2 min or 72 seconds.

that might be done in the first 2 – 3 lanes.

but then the air is out for the next 8 lanes.

First build leg muscles,

knee bows with weights,

for the next 8 weeks,

conditions training,

jogging every 2nd day to min. 4-5km,

increase the pace,

eat a lot of protein,

daily meat, fish, protein stop.

Swimmers should eat a lot of fish,

because fish that can also swim well understand.😊

and continue to practice, practice, practice.

From effective swimming technology we have

not even talking.

it is not guaranteed. can it be that you have to swim 500 meters?

You can try swimming 500 meters without looking at the time. Then get faster and faster, then try to make as much distance as possible in 12 minutes. Keep increasing.

learn to take a break while swimming. Breast swimming is mainly sliding.
