Draw breasts?
Hello,
I'm at my wits' end right now. I've been trying to draw this bust for a quarter of an hour, but it just isn't working. Do you have any tips? P.S. The second picture is mine; the first is my reference from Pinterest.

I'm looking for an anime that was on TV back then, unfortunately I can't say exactly where it was from, it must have been VIVA or MTV but it could also have been other channels like TELE5, Das Vierte or RTL2, in any case around midnight on whichever channel was showing anime around that time….
Good morning, I recently purchased a resin printer and would like to have the printed models in color. So, I was wondering if you could recommend a set/brand/paint/varnish/airbrush/spray cans/… Is an airbrush even worth it, or is it not much different from spray cans? I have a compressed air connection available outside. The compressor delivers…
And where can you get it?
Is it more like walnut or palisander or something else entirely?
What is happening there? Thank you in advance ♡
I was looking through my old drawings and came across this one, which was a bit different. I wasn't really experienced at that point, and yes, these white lines are Tipex (don't know how to spell that)
I’d be doing quite differently and just drawing the basic forms. So first the rough and only later the details.
When drawing, we think better in areas, not in lines and angles!
With our perception we can judge much better proportions in areas than lines and angles. If you draw from one line to the next without having the surface in your head or as an auxiliary line, you end somewhere, but not where you should be. The picture will go wrong.
First draw a rough outline, there are auxiliary lines. (1) You will see much faster if you have drawn the line correctly, as we can see it as a surface. I used to draw that.
Next we summarize the next areas and divide the aid lines further into simpler forms. I used to highlight it. green, blue, purple, orange.(2). Next you’ll do the details (3).
I’ve still drawn in as a fourth anatomical basic forms (4). So you’ll do later when you’ve done this. This will help you develop and understand poses and proportions later. I would say as soon as you have a good line, you should change this way.
I use them to check if everything is anatomically correct.
I have the basic forms here suitable. He’s doing very good tutorials.
I’m not a sign expert now, but in my opinion, your drawing looks quite similar to the reference. Do not try to make the breasts round. But with the shadows, it looks like the reference 😄

It lies above all on the left swing of the chest. You make it very round, because it’s breasts. If you look closely, the line goes up almost straight after a fine curvature.
Breasts do not hang under the neck, your proportions do not fit
In the case of breasts you often take the ref./Darstellung/Vorstellung
of balloons filled with water.
Breasts are not spherical. Look exactly how they run.
It’s good, bra or top before and done!
Try something like that. I paint with the mouse, I hope you understand.
