Report brother to the job center?

I'm thinking of anonymously reporting my brother to the job center. He's 36 and has been on welfare for at least 12 years. Anyone who works is stupid to him. I haven't had any contact with him for 5 years because, although I've accepted that he's unemployed, he hasn't accepted that I enjoy working. Now circumstances have arisen that I simply googled him. And that's when I lost my faith. Apparently he's gotten into the stock market. He has his own YouTube channel where he regularly talks about the stocks he's bought and sold. He also has a website where he offers stock courses. And then it says that one course costs over €200 and that lots of people have already taken it. When I calculate how much profit he's made… He really shouldn't be getting any citizen's income.
I'm stunned. Now I'm considering reporting him anonymously to the job center because I don't think that's acceptable. What do you think?
