Bronze swimming badge on technique?
The requirement is: a headfirst dive from the edge of the pool and a 15-minute swim. During this time, at least 200 m must be completed, of which 150 m must be done in a prone or supine position in a recognizable swimming position and 50 m in the other body position.
Does that mean that you have to do it with technique, or would it be okay, for example, to just do the leg kick like you would in breaststroke when swimming backstroke, or would you have to do the leg kick like you would in regular backstroke?
This is not the correct description.
It’s hot. At least 50 meters are to be covered in the abdominal and back positions. A division 100 / 100 is therefore also permissible.
The type of propulsion is not regulated. You can also paddle like a dog. But the abdominal and back position must be adhered to for duty.

How does that answer my question? Huh?
READ!
“in a recognizable swim” as you have to swim, it doesn’t stand and doesn’t matter.
I’m talking about the swim sign
@Apollo382 Youth Swimming Pass has not been available since 2020.
So as long as I just get out of my back, the technology doesn’t matter completely? I read in other forums that somehow at least the arm technology has to vote
