Red beet juice is very healthy.

The German Society for Nutrition recommends integrating 5 servings of fruit and vegetables into the daily menu.

A glass juice can occasionally replace one serving a day.

So try if the juice tastes good.

If the juice tastes you, drink a glass daily.

Red beds, also the juice, are very healthy.
