With 43, age vision can start slowly, it can be that you will soon need plus strengths for the near area. I wouldn’t use the glasses for the close range.

one reading glasses with different diopters -0.5 and -0,75

Are you short-sighted and wear glasses with higher minus values for the distance, so that the glasses with 0,50 and -0,75 diopters should have the strengths required for the near range? I’m so stupid, because you didn’t mention anything about short-sightedness, but write at the reading glasses of Minus.

Generally, however, it is necessary to correct both eyes with the appropriate glass thickness, since otherwise one side is always in the disadvantage and the vision is not optimal, which can lead to various complaints, for example headaches. The best way is to make your glasses with the values determined by the optician, rather than compromise.

-0.5 and -0.75 dpt. you are slightly short-sighted, so see in the near range up to about 2 or 1.3 m distance everything is somewhat sharp.

A glasses with the values mentioned improve your DistanceIt doesn’t use in the near area. Rather on the contrary, your lenses even have to make more effort to focus on the near area.

With these values, I would therefore not wear glasses for reading (if only the short-sightedness is concerned and there are other visual defects such as corneal curvature).

emm, usually you can customize glasses!

In case of emergency (origin?) there would certainly be a simple one from the supermarket!

No, that’s not reading glasses. A reading goggle has plus values

Short-sighted people also usually need negative lenses close by, just weaker than binoculars.
