Hallo, meine Tochter (14) hat ein Rezept für eine Brille bekommen. Rechts 0,5 mit Zylinder – 0,25 und links mit 0,0 mit Zylinder – 0,25. Wie nötig ist eine Brille hier wirklich. Sie sagt, sie hat keine Probleme, auch nicht mit lesen von der Tafel. Sie will auch keine Brille.

Loading...Hallo, ich bin die nächsten zwei wochen im Urlaub hab mir aber gleich am anfang mit der Kontaktlinse mein Auge recht stark verletzt. Es tut nicht mehr weh aber ist komplett rot und fühlt sich so schwer an des Auge. Was soll ich tun? Kann ich in der Apotheke was dafür kaufen?
Wenn ein defekter Bildschirm flimmert und viele bunte Farben anzeigt, und man dann darauf schaut um noch etwas zu erkennen, kann das den Augen schaden?Ungefähr so, nur etwas krasser:

Hallo zusammen, in letzter Zeit habe ich das Problem, dass meine Brille im Sportunterricht immer vom Ball getroffen wird und sich dadurch etwas verbiegt. Bisher konnte man das immer beim Optiker machen lassen, aber langsam ist das echt nervig. Ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass meine Mitschüler mich dafür belächeln, was nicht gerade schön ist….
Hab den Führerschein Sehtest verkackt und es ist rausgekommen dass ich eigtl ne Brille bräuchte. Wenn ich mich jetzt für ne Brille oder so entscheiden würde, wie lange würde es dann dauern bis ich den Sehtest mit Brille oder so machen könnte bräuchte den Führerschein eigtl so bald wie möglich und hatte auch schon ziemlich…
Ich habe versucht die Schuppen an meinen Augenbrauen zu entfernen also ganz leicht und dabei ist etwas an die Wimper gekommen… Muss ich eine Bindehautentzündung befürchten? Ich habe umgehend die Augen mit klarem Leitungswasser ausgespült. So sieht mein linkes Auge derzeit aus, hoffentlich bin ich morgen noch gesund.

Even in the case of short-sightedness, i.e. minus, I could imagine that it does not make any restriction because it is a very low value and only an eye is affected by it.
With the values in the cylinder it looks similar; the corresponding number of diopters available at all, with which spectacle lenses are available, will therefore hardly be noticed subjectively. A light astigmatism is present in almost every human being and as such is not always correct.
In order to be able to assess the matter better, I would look at the visus determined by the visual test at your place – it is not okay without correction and with glasses much better, a glasses would be useful, otherwise I would wait and see how the matter develops. The chances that your daughter wears the glasses at all if she doesn’t notice any advantage are rather small. If necessary, you could agree that the glasses would be worn as needed, i.e. in class, which will probably be difficult to implement if your daughter, according to her statement, can recognize all this.
If you decide to buy glasses, your daughter does not have to wear them constantly; “better” or “bad” are not the eyes of it, so it has no influence on the further development of a misunderstanding.

Well, that was before I was forced to test the vision – I still assumed to be minimally short-sighted and had hoped to get around a glasses. It was a mistake…
She just needs her to drive. I had that too. You really don’t need them.

The cylinder of -0.25 is as good as nothing. However, your daughter is slightly short-sighted to the right with -0.5 dioptrics. Right is the weaker eye. That she thinks to see optimally has to do with the stronger left eye taking on the visual performance.
I think she didn’t get the prescription for free and should wear glasses. Certainly not continuous, but always if she wants to look sharply into the wide with both eyes.
She has no problems with NOCH. Definitely let go of glasses and put on! I had 14 -0.5. Today I’m 33 and I’ve got -4,75. And why? Because I was a puberty and I didn’t want to wear glasses. The eyes have to compensate more and more and become worse.
If she has a recipe, that’s why. The ophthalmologist isn’t fun.
The eyes do not grow stronger or longer, just because you wear glasses or glasses. It doesn’t matter if a glasses sit on the nose or not.
