I’m completely unexplainable how to do something like that if you’re overwhelmed you should quit the job. On the other hand, I can understand if the postman accepts and opens the packages for his own enrichment.
But in both cases, this happens at some point, at the latest when several customers complain about missing packages and the mail is determined internally.

If you’re looking for “letter carrier throws mail away”, you’ll find dozens of cases in the last few decades.
This has nothing to do with the current “life feeling” but only shows the principle of capitalism to exploit every worker beyond its borders.
Then you should look for help, but you can’t do that!
