Letter when applying for online banking?

I'm currently doing my online banking with Sparkasse. I've already entered all my information and can now apply for online banking.
My question is, will I receive a letter at home? My house number and street are listed where I registered my bank card, because I no longer live there and I need to update that soon. Or can I just click on "Apply for online banking" and I'll have done it, and I won't receive a letter either?

no the data is always sent to the reporting address by mail.
Of course you get mail with your access data. But since you didn’t report your move, you’re getting real problems. The account may be temporarily blocked until your location is cleared.
