Burning in the anus?

Hello folks.

Two weeks ago I had diarrhea and was straining a bit because I had to give a presentation.

2 days later I had a strong burning sensation like fire when I sat.

Then I looked and noticed three black/blue dots, right near my anus. Two small ones on the left and right, above toward my stomach, and one large one below toward my testicles.

Every now and then I also get a stabbing pain and a foreign body sensation.

No blood.

I went to the proctologist this week and he prescribed me an ointment with diltiazem hydrochloride 0.4g and Ultrabas 19.6g and said that the inflammation is already healing.

He didn't say anything about the 3 points.

I thought I had an anal vein thrombosis or something.

I used to use such a wound and heal anoint like Mirfulan – after 3-6 days at the latest, the pain and the weird feelings like foreign bodies etc. were always gone. You just need patience. Of course I would use this ointment you got from the doctor.

I’ve always only used Mirfulan ointment – even bepanthen has hurt with me so burned but with Mirfulan it was always very good.

So what? What is the question now? Put the ointment on.
