Breakfast?
Hi,
Unfortunately, I've lost the ability to know what's too much or too little. I'm currently in a hospital. I have to eat two rolls in the morning, three in the evening, and two 200ml doses of Fresubin (300) as snacks. At lunch, I get a set portion, dessert, and salad.
Do you think that's a lot? It's about weight gain, and the fact that I'm not gaining 1.2 kg per week, but about 500 g per week.
Thanks for your help🥰
These are perfectly normal quantities. Depending on the size of the lunch, no normal person increases, but keeps his weight. So from too far away. And even if it were too much for you, it would be good for you, because you are not in a clinic without reason and must increase.
No, depending on the rolls, a piece around the 300 kcal -> together has 600 kcal without covering. In the case of a similar configuration of the rest of the meals, a roughly normal energy supply would be transferred to the day.
However, the FS is supposed to eat three whole breads for dinner, which is really enormous and not normal. In addition, there are two intermediate meals in the form of Fresubin (eg 400 kcal -> 800 kcal total). Generally normal, however, this is not necessary in the recovery phase of an AN.
Notwithstanding this, the claim that breakfast is the most important meal of the day is based on a Kelloggs advertising slogan. Depending on the configuration, such a procedure can also start to the rear and can crash the BZ several times a day, which feels anything but good. The dessert will certainly not have a positive effect.
Wrong.
But many do not mean three whole breads, but three slices of bread, and only put it in slices. For three whole breads will definitely not be eaten and three whole bodies will be forced to eat. If you look at the whole question of people who are in clinics because of eating disorders, it always turns out that they are discs and not whole bread so from that they are already normal portions. because two rolls are nothing. Three slices of bread as dinner neither. Since I eat more for breakfast and I have absolutely normal weight
You're in a clinic. Specialists work there. So they know how many calories are good in your current situation. Even if you've learned this, you can trust them.
That's a normal amount. Besides, you really shouldn't worry about what's too much or too little, it's important to start eating regularly and extensively again! I want you to feel good about it.
I wish you a lot of success on your trip and all the best! 😊
No, that's not much. It's normal. I want you to build weight.
