In accordance with § 107 para. 1 Commercial Code (GewO) permissible. However, employers and workers must agree in advance. If no other regulations have been agreed and nothing else is in the employment contract, the wage can be paid out.

Yes, only the least jobs are paid bar today. In addition, the AG may not transfer the salary to a foreign account, even if it belongs to the parent or spouse of the AN.

Most employers do not want to pay employees in cash. So you’d have a lot more chances for a bank account than without.

Yes, you need a bank account because your salary/living is transferred to it. You don’t get it in cash.
