Braucht man bei Tod beider Eltern ein Erbschein um das Konto aufzulösen und das Vermögen vom Haus ausgezahlt zu bekommen? Ich habe gelesen das man kein Erbschein braucht weil es nur um das Restvermögen geht. Danke
