Hey, I wanted to ask if you need an E-number for an air scoop spoiler on a scooter? Because I only received the part, no paperwork, etc. Mirrors, for example, don't need one either, just a minimum size. It doesn't make the scooter faster; it's just a visual improvement and improves cooling a bit.
